If an employee already exists with the same name in the system, you
will be unable to complete this process.
First, your employee will need to create a preferred name using the First
Time Registration link provided to them in an email from Talent Services.
You will receive an email with further instructions and next steps.
Example: If John Doe already exists, a middle initial may work to create a unique
name for the second John Doe.
For assistance, send an email to [email protected]. Please include the employee number and
name of the person to whom you were granting access, and a brief description of the error
message you received.
