REPORT ON REGISTRATION DESK SETUP ON 4
th
SEPTEMBER
On September 4th, 2023, an Enactus registration desk was strategically set up in the foyer of our institution to
promote and facilitate registrations for the upcoming Enactus Orientation on September 13th. Enthusiastic
Enactus volunteers were present to welcome and assist visitors and talk to them about the goals of Enactus
svc. Enactus members interacted with first year students and talked to them about our projects and
departments. They also provided detailed information about the Enactus Orientation event, emphasizing its
significance and the opportunities it offers for personal and professional growth. The registration desk
facilitated the online registration process, ensuring that interested individuals could easily sign up for the event
using their smartphones or laptops. A wide array of promotional materials, including brochures, posters, and
videos showcasing past Enactus projects, were available for attendees to peruse.
Our interactive display board asked students to write about- What Social Issue concerts you? To which
students responded Gender inequality in STEM, Lack of opportunities for certain sections”. And Which
Entrepreneur Inspires you? Which received responses such as “Mark Cuban, Nikhil Kamath, Ashneer
Grover”. Giving them an insight of- social entrepreneurship that Enactus advocates.
The Enactus registration desk proved to be a successful promotional tool. A significant number of students
expressed their interest and 57 registered for the Enactus Orientation. The presence of enthusiastic volunteers
and engaging promotional materials played a crucial role in generating awareness and
excitement about Enactus.
