Services
Delivery & Pickup
Basic Delivery charges are based on the zip code to which we are delivering. This charge offers basic arrival
time options:
Monday - Friday
Delivery, choice of: Morning 8:00am – 1:00pm or Afternoon 1:00pm – 6:00pm
Pickup: 8:00am – 6:00pm, no set window
Saturday
Delivery, choice of: Morning 8:00am – 1:00pm or Afternoon 1:00pm – 5:00pm
Pickup: 8:00am – 5:00pm, no set window
One-way: If only delivery OR pickup is required, fee is 50% of Basic Delivery charge + $10
Event Setup
Basic Delivery charges cover delivery to the event site and dropped in one specified area only. Larger events
that require more personnel and extended time spent for the purpose of setting up your event will be subject to
additional Labor / Production fees. Labor fees will be calculated based on required resources and setup
difficulty.
Timing
If you require a specific delivery or pickup time, we are happy to accommodate. Subject to availability, we can
offer a 30 minute window arrival time for an additional fee.
After Hours
We offer after hours and Sunday delivery and pickup at an additional cost. Pricing is based on resources
required for your specific job, so please contact us with questions.
Holidays
Timed Deliveries are not available during Thanksgiving or Christmas week, or at other peak seasons. After
Hours fees double on holidays, including: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, July 4
th
, Memorial Day and
Labor Day.
Additional
Additional labor fees apply to orders with stairs, elevators, drops more than 75 feet from delivery truck, tight or
unsafe access, and multiple product placements. These charges are determined on a case-by-case basis.
Fees are PER TRUCK. Large orders requiring more than one truck or crew will be charged accordingly.
Set Up Options
Upon delivery and/or pickup, our crew members can setup / breakdown tables and chairs for you. Pricing for
this service starts at $0.40/chair and $2/table. This service must be arranged 3 days prior to your delivery day
to ensure sufficient time is built into our truck’s route schedule. We do not set up linen, chair covers, china, or
glassware.
Site Inspection
Jobs requiring a unique installation, usually involving tents or lighting, are often preceded by a site inspection
by one of our crew members. This helps our crew become familiar with your space, including the terrain and
potential obstacles, so we can make note of the proper equipment needed for installation. If you request this
service for space planning, the Site Inspection fee is $75.00, but will be credited to your order once delivered.
Will Call
We are open for Will Call pickup and return Monday 9am – 4:30pm and Saturday 9am – 3:30pm. It is
necessary for you to load/unload the items into your own vehicle. While we are happy to assist you, the risk
and responsibility for protection of our equipment and your vehicle is yours. The Will Call process typically
takes 20 minutes, so please allow sufficient time. Remember to stop in the showroom first to get correct
paperwork, then you will proceed to the warehouse.

When should I place my order?
We advise placing your order as much in advance as possible. We require partial payment to confirm rentals.
What if I need to make changes to my order?
Additions are subject to availability of equipment. Changes must be made 72 hours in advance of delivery/will
call date. We request that no deletions be made less than 7 days prior to your order.
What are your showroom hours?
Baker Party Rentals is open Tuesday through Friday from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m. and Saturday from 9:00a.m. to
4:00p.m.
Do you charge for delivery?
Yes we do. The delivery charge is based on the city we are going to and is a round-trip fee. See previous
“Services” page for more information.
What are your delivery hours?
Our standard delivery hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday. However, we do
understand that many locations, venues, and events do not fall within these parameters, and therefore, we do
operate 24 hours 7 days a week to meet your event requirements. Deliveries, installations, and/or pickups that
do not fall within our standard delivery hours will be charged additional fees. See previous “Services” page for
more information.
Am I responsible for washing the dishes, silverware and linens?
We require that all items be rinsed free of food and that these items be placed back into their appropriate
containers. Please do not place soiled linens inside a plastic bag as this will cause them to mildew. All items
should be placed in one location for pickup.
What are your payment terms?
All orders require a 25% deposit upon reserving the order. This amount will apply to the balance of the order
when you receive your rental items. Payments are due in full before equipment will be delivered.
A credit card number must be provided as an additional security deposit. If a credit card cannot be provided, a
cash deposit in addition to the balance of the order is required.
We accept cash, cashier’s check, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and personal or business
checks.
What is your cancellation policy?
Any items cancelled less than 72 hours prior to the delivery/will call date will incur a 25% restocking charge.
Any items loaded onto our truck for delivery (up to 24 hours prior to delivery date) will incur a 50% restocking
charge. No credit will apply to items that are delivered or setup. These cancellation policies do not apply to
special order items; special order items require up-front payment and will not be refunded.
Damaged or Missing Items?
In addition to the rental fee, the replacement value of any damaged or missing items will be assessed.
Damaged merchandise will be held for five (5) business days from the day that client is notified of the damaged
charge by Baker Party Rentals, after which time BPR shall dispose of such merchandise.
Late Returns
Any merchandise returned after the return date indicated on the invoice will continue to accrue rental fees until
merchandise is returned.
