programs, but there are thousand more available to download from the web... free and purchased. You can google a particular font
About the Microsoft Word printing template:
Version requirements: Word 97 or above.
A basic to intermediate knowledge level of Microsoft Word is required to manipulate the template.
Fonts that come standard in all MS Word software have been used in all our templates. If you wish to use the fonts
displayed in our samples, they must rst be installed on your computer. Adjustments to the size, line spacing and
other formatting may be required to achieve the same design. For more advanced users, you may like to use word art
for different effects and looks. Our printing templates have been tested using a laser printer designed for home use.
However, slight formatting adjustments may be needed to accommodate your own printer’s idiosyncrasies.

Method:
1. Open the free required MS Word printing template or use your preferred computer program to create your invitation wording.
2. Insert your own wording, change fonts, formatting and colours, as required.
3. Duplicate the layout as instructed in the template.
4. TEST PRINT a sample and check the quality and layout before sending the entire job to print. Our papers (not card) are laser
printer preferred. However, depending on your printer and settings, you may achieve suitable results from an inkjet printer.
5. Trim your test print to the correct size using the cutting guides printed from the template. Check. Make any adjustments to your
MS Word le and continue printing a test sheet until you are happy with the results.
6. Once printed, trim all layers to the correct sizes, (use the cut marks on the printed sheet).
7. Run Tissue Tape around all edges and as close to the edge as possible to prevent lifting.
8. Measure and cut 130mm lengths of Sailor Blue OR Bitter Roast 9mm ribbon. Depending on colour combo you’re using. Run the
Tissue Tape along the ribbon and adhere over the join of the two papers. ‘Tuck’ the 10mm ends of the ribbon around the papers
and adhere.
9. Assemble all layers as shown in the picture.
Envelope Liner:
1. Position the template over the designer paper and trace around it in pencil.
2. Cut out the template using sharp scissors on the inside of the line.
3. Run glue tape around the top of the envelope liner only.
4. Slide into the envelope and press to adhere.
