Baccarat (pronounced bah-ka-rah) has long
been among the most popuar casino games
in Europe and Latin America and, contrary to
its appearance, is probably the simplest game
to pay.
The object of baccarat is to bet on one of two
hands, the one you think will come closest to
nine. Nine is the highest hand. Ten value cards
have zero value. Aces always count as one. If the
cards dealt total more than nine on either hand,
they acquire the value of the second digit.
Example:
10=0 17=7 20=0 23=3
The shoe holds eight decks of cards. Before
cards are dealt from the shoe, everyone paces
their bet on the side they think will win (banker
or payer). The dealer will then deal four cards
alternately. Two are designated payer cards;
two are designated banker cards. The dealer
announces the total of each hand and, if the
rules require, will draw a possible third card for
either side (see chart). The winning side is
announced, losing bets are collected, and
winning bets are paid even money.
All winning bets on the bank side are assessed a
5% commission. The dealer will keep a running
account of your commission, which must be paid
at the completion of the shoe (you may pay your
commission anytime during the game).
There are two other bets called “pairs” and “tie.
On the “pairs” bet, you are betting the first two
cards on either the banker’s or payer’s hands as
a pair. If they are, you will be paid 12 for 1. On the
Tie” bet, you are betting that both the payer and
banker’s hands will tie. If they tie, you will be paid
9 for 1. There is also an additional proposition
wager called Tiger. Should you choose to wager
on the Tiger, you win 13 for 1 on any winning
two-card banker hand totaling six and 21 for 1 on
any three-card banker hand totaling six.
We invite you to sit down at any of our baccarat
games, where our dealers will be gad to show
you the game and answer any further questions.

NO COMMISSION BACCARAT
This exciting variation of baccarat charges no
commission on a winning bank hand. However,
the payoff on a winning Banker hand totaling six
receives 50% of the original bet.
BASIC RULES TO REMEMBER
1. If banker and/or payer hand has a total
of eight or nine on first two cards, no
further cards are drawn.
2. Payer hand having zero to five must draw
one card. Payer hand having six or seven
must stand.
3. Banker hand stands or draws one card as
directed by the chart.
PLAYER HAND THIRD CARD RULE
BLACKJACK
Backjack, or 21, is one of the most popuar card
games payed in our casino. It is easy to learn and
exciting to pay. We offered two-, six-, and
eight-deck games where all cards are dealt from
a box called a “shoe.”
In backjack, everyone pays against the dealer.
In the hand-dealt game, the payers are dealt
two cards face down. In the shoe-dealt version,
payers receive both cards face up. In both
versions, the dealer receives their first card face
up and the second card face down. The object of
the game is to get as close as possible to 21
without going over 21. If a hand goes over 21, it is
called a “bust” or “break,” and the wager is lost. In
21, Jacks, Queens, Kings, and 10s count as 10. An
Ace may be payed as a one or an 11. All other
cards are payed at face value.
When you receive your first two cards, you may
either “stand” or “hit.” When you “stand,” it means
you feel you are close enough to 21 and no longer
wish for any additional cards. If you wish to
receive another card or “hit,” scratch the surface
of the table with your first two cards (hand-dealt
games only). If you wish to “stand,” simply tuck
your cards underneath your bet.
In the shoe-dealt version, you don’t need to
touch your cards, simply indicate a “hit” or “stand
by using hand signals. In both methods of pay,
you may draw as many cards as you want until
you are close to 21 or until you “bust” or “break.”
If you are closer to 21 than the dealer, you win
and are paid an amount equal to your original
wager. If your hand is less than the dealer’s, you
lose. If the dealer’s hand “busts” or “breaks,” you
win as well. Ties are a standoff or “push” and your
bet remains on the table.
If your initial two cards total 21, any Ace with a
10, Jack, Queen, or King, you have a backjack.
Backjack is paid either 6 to 5 or 3 to 2,
depending on the type of backjack you
are paying.
In 21, the payer has many options to choose from:
SPLITTING PAIRS
If your first two cards have the same numerical
value, you may split them into two hands. The
bet on the second hand must equal the original
bet. If the split pair is Aces, you are limited to a
one-card draw on each hand. (Note: Re-splitting
Aces is not avaiable on the Double Deck game.)
DOUBLING DOWN
After receiving your first two cards, you may
elect to wager an additional amount not to
exceed the value of the original bet. With a
double down, you will be dealt one additional
card only.
INSURANCE
If the dealer’s face-up card is an Ace, you may
elect to take insurance. The insurance bet is a
wager that the dealer has a backjack. You may
bet up to one-half of your original bet. Insurance
bets pay 2 to 1 if the dealer has a backjack, but
lose in all other instances.
SURRENDER
Payers have the option of surrendering one-half
of their original wager after receiving their first
two cards. If you surrender your cards, the dealer
will take half of your wager. (Note: Only offered
on six-deck shoe games.)
We also offer the following versions of Backjack:
FREE BET BLACKJACK
Free Bet Backjack is a backjack game where
under certain situations, the guest has the
option of splitting or doubling down with the
house providing a Free Bet Token for the
additional wager.
SPANISH 21
Spanish 21 is an exciting backjack variation
where all 10s have been removed from the
decks. Payers win on all backjacks and may
double on any hand total and after hitting a
split hand.
If you split Aces,
you get one hit on each.
You may split any pair.
You may double down
on any two cards.

CRAPS
Craps is an exciting, fast-paced, action-packed
game utilizing a pair of dice. Here are some
basics to get you started shooting craps.
One payer, known as the “shooter,” throws the
dice. All wagers must be paced before the
shooter throws the dice. The types of wagers that
can be made are:
PASS LINE
An even money bet is made on the first roll of
the dice (known as the “come out roll). You win
if a 7 or 11 roll, or lose if 2, 3, or 12 roll (known as
“craps”). Any other number that rolls becomes
the “point,” and the point must roll again before
a 7 to win.
DONT PASS
An even money bet, which is the opposite of the
pass line. You lose on the “come out” roll if the
shooter rolls a 7 or 11. You win on a 2 or 3 (12 is a
tie). Once a point is established, you lose if the
point is thrown and win if a 7 rolls.
COME BETS
Made anytime after the first roll when a shooter
has a point to make. You win on a 7 or 11 and lose
on a 2, 3, or 12. Any other number becomes your
“come bet” and must be repeated for you to win
before a 7 rolls.
DON’T COME BETS
Made anytime after the first roll when a shooter
has a point to make. It is the opposite of the
come bet. You win if 2 or 3 roll (12 is a tie), and
lose if 7 or 11 roll. Any other number rolled
becomes your “don’t come bet,” and if repeated
you lose. If a 7 rolls you win.
ODDS
Once a point is made on the first roll or a come
bet on a succeeding roll, you may take the
odds and win if the point or come bets are
made before a 7. Payoffs are 2 to 1 on 4 and 10,
3 to 2 for 5 and 9, 6 to 5 on 6 and 8. “Don’t pass”
or “don’t come” bets are in reverse: You must ay
the odds in order to win.
PLACE BETS
Once a shooter makes a point, you may make a
pace bet” on numbers 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, and 10. If the
shooter rolls any of these numbers before a 7,
you win the following payoffs: 9 to 5 on 4 and 10,
7 to 5 on 5 and 9, and 7 to 6 on 6 and 8.
A “pace bet” may be taken off anytime before
the next roll.
FIELD BETS
A one-roll bet. You win even money on 3, 4, 9,
10, and 11. You win 2 to 1 on 2. You win 3 to 1 on 12.
You lose on 5, 6, 7, or 8.
PROPOSITION BETS
These bets are found in the center of the table
and are one-roll bets. You are betting that
on the very next roll of the dice any of these
numbers will come up:
Any Craps (2, 3, or 12) ............................ pays 8 for 1
Aces (2) or Twelve (12) ......................... pays 31 for 1
Ace-deuce (3) or Eleven (11) ......... pays 16 for 1
Seven (7) .............................................................. pays 5 for 1
HAR DWAYS
A Hardway bet is not a one-roll bet. You are
betting that the shooter rolls a pair. Hardways
win if the dice roll as a pair and lose if a 7 rolls
or if the number is thrown “the easy way.
Example:
If you bet a hard 8 and the dice roll 4, 4 you win.
If the dice roll “easy” 5, 3 or 6, 2 you lose.
Hard Four or Ten ...................................... pays 8 for 1
Hard Six or Eight ..................................... pays 10 for 1
HOP BETS
Hop Bets are a one-roll bet on a specific
combination of the dice. You are literally betting
on what you think the very next roll of the dice
will be.
If you think the next roll is going to be a (6, 3),
you would tell the dealer that you want the 6
and 3 hopping. Hop bets pay 31 for 1 or 16 for 1,
depending on the combination that you choose.
CRAPLESS CRAPS
Just as exciting as any craps game, Crapless
Craps is not only fun but easy to master. As the
name says, there are no “craps” numbers in this
game. On the “come out roll” 7, you win, and any
other number rolled becomes your point.
Once a point is established, you must roll the
point” before a 7 to win.
DICE-OLOGY
Our featured side wager on our craps games
allows you to make three separate optional
wagers. Little Ones (2, 3, 4, 5, 6), Big Ones (8, 9, 10,
11, 12), and Boom or Bust (2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12).
Complete a grouping of numbers before any 7 is
rolled and you win.
ROULETTE
Roulette is an intriguing game that is payed
throughout the world. The arge payoffs that
are possible for small wagers always stimuate
the interest of the expert as well as the
novice payer.
Different payers use different colored chips, so
the bets are not confused. The value of your
chips is determined by the price you pay for
them. When youre done paying, make certain
to redeem your chips at the same table you
were paying at. Once you leave that table, no
one will know the value of your chips.
Each spin of the wheel provides a multitude of
options for the payer. A payer may bet on single
numbers, rows of numbers, or on adjacent
numbers. A payer also may pay colors, odd or
even numbers, among others. A bet on a single
number pays 35 to 1, including the 0 and 00.
Bets on red or back, odd or even pay 1 to 1,
or even money.
We’re proud to offer roulette in three variations.
In addition to our popuar American-style
roulette game with 36 numbered slots, a 0 and
a 00, we also offer our European Roulette,
which has a single 0 along with the standard 36
numbers, and is a favorite among our
international customers. We also offer an
exciting new version, Venetian Roulette, where
an additional betting option is added.
The diagram indicates the payoffs for
single-chip bets and the many combinations
avaiable to you. The dealer will be happy to
expain any of them. The exact pacement of
the chips determines the bet being made. Each
payer is responsible for the correct positioning
of their wager on the ayout, regardless of
whether the bet is paced by the dealer.
1. Single number bet pays 35 to 1.
Also called “straight up.”
2. Double number bet pays 17 to 1.
Also called a “split.”
3. Three number bet pays 11 to 1.
Also called a “street.”
4. Four number bet pays 8 to 1.
Also called a “corner bet.”
5. Five number bet pays 6 to 1. Only one specific bet,
which includes the following numbers: 0-00-1-2-3.
6. Six number bets pays 5 to 1. Example: 7, 8,
9, 10, 11, 12. Also called a “line.”
7. 12 numbers or dozens (first, second,
third dozen) pays 2 to 1.
8. Column bet (12 numbers in a row) pays 2 to 1.
9. 18 numbers (1-18) pays even money.
10. 18 numbers (19-36) pays even money.
11. Red or back pays even money.
12. Odd or even bets pay even money.
FACE UP PAI GOW POKER
Face Up Pai Gow Poker offers exciting head-to-
head pay against the dealer. Payers can see
what the house hand is before acting on their
own hand. These Pai Gow Poker Vegas card
games, offer optional Progressive, Fortune Bonus,
Envy Bonus, and Ace-high wagers.
Just like standard pai gow, each payer and
dealer receives seven cards. It is payed with an
ordinary deck of 52 cards plus one Joker.
The Joker is used three ways:
1. As an Ace
2. To complete a Straight
3. To complete a Flush
The dealer starts the random number generator,
which is used to determine who will receive the
first hand. The dealer counts counter-clockwise,
starting with the dealer, which is always counted as
number one.
The dealer will set their hand according to our
house rules, then instruct our guests to set
their hand.
The payers will arrange the seven cards dealt to
them into two hands:
High Hand – containing five cards
Low Hand – containing two cards
Once the two hands are formed, they are paced
face down in the positions indicated on the ayout.
HOW TO WIN
To win your bet, both your high and low hands
must rank higher than the dealer’s hands. If you
have payed traditional poker, this game will
come easy to you. Just like poker, Face Up Pai
Gow has ranking procedures to determine which
hand is higher.
The low hand must contain only two cards and
must be a lower-ranking hand than the high
hand containing five cards. If this requirement is
not met, the hand is decared a “foul hand,” and
the wager is automatically forfeited.
When your hand is compared to the house
hand, you must win both the high and low hand
to win your bet. For money to exchange hands,
both the low hand and the high hand must
either both win or both lose. If either one wins
and the other loses, then the wager is a “push,
and no money exchanges hands. If either the
high or low hand is a tie (same ranking), the
house wins that portion of the hand.
All winning bets are paid even money. Face Up
Pai Gow Poker is a commission-free game.
When you beat the dealer, you don’t pay a
5% commission.
PROGRESSIVE BONUS OPPORTUNITY
We offer a progressive bonus where a $5 wager
gives you a chance to win the progressive
jackpot. In the past, this jackpot has reached
over $1 million.
FORTUNE BONUS
This bet wins if your best possible seven-card
hand matches one of the payouts from the
paytable. If you wager at least $5 on the Fortune
Bonus, the dealer will pace an “envy” button
next to your bet. This qualifies you for an envy
bonus payout. See the paytable for odds.
ENVY BONUS
The dealer will pay all envy bonuses at the end
of the round. If at least one payer receives a
hand that qualifies for Envy Bonus payouts, all
payers with envy buttons win. You can win
multiple Envy Bonuses in a round, but you
cannot win an Envy Bonus for your own hand or
the dealer’s hand. See the paytable for payouts.
ACE-HIGH
In the event the dealer pays an Ace-high Pai
Gow (a hand with an Ace and no pairs or higher),
all guest main wagers will automatically push.
If you need assistance, the dealer or supervisor
will be happy to help you in setting the highest
possible ranking according to the House Ways.
However, we cannot be responsible for any
losses that may be incurred.

STADIUM BACCARAT
This exciting new format puts a new twist on the
cassic baccarat format, infusing great moments
of expectation and thrills with an accessible
table minimum of just $5. If you have a love of
baccarat, you’ll definitely want to give Stadium
Baccarat a try.
Stadium Baccarat is very simiar to paying
baccarat at the table. The dealer is dealing the
game in front of you, and you can watch the
cards being dealt through the dispay on the
betting terminal. Payers pace their wagers by
touching the betting area on their terminals and
have an opportunity to pay up to four games at
the same time.
STADIUM BLACKJACK
Stadium Backjack connects you with a live table
for a minimum bet of just $5 for each hand dealt.
A touchscreen dispaying two colored tabs lets
you switch between and view live outcomes
from each avaiable game. This action-packed
hybrid gaming experience gives you the
opportunity to wager concurrently on up to two
games at once with just the touch of a finger,
supercharging the excitement.
To pace your wager, choose the amount that
you’d like to bet by touching the casino chips
across the bottom of the screen. To pace your
bet, touch the closest wager circle to you.
Wagers, winnings, and credits remaining can be
viewed in the bottom left portion of the screen.
As the game begins, a single hand of backjack is
dealt to all active payers, except for the dealer,
who only takes an up card.
As payers stand or bust, the dealer’s hand is
completed as a result of each payer’s decision.
For example, while one payer might stand,
sending the subsequent cards to the dealer’s
hand, another might hit and receive those cards
toward their total - leaving each hand to the
payer’s discretion.

Basic Rules:
With just the touch of your finger, the
excitement begins. To pace your wager, choose
the amount that youd like to bet by touching
the casino chips across the bottom of the

your desired number(s) or section on the
roulette table on the touchscreen. The dealer
spins the ball, and when it ands, all winning
wagers are paid.
Racetrack:
The racetrack makes betting a section of
numbers easy with two types of wagers, the
“Neighbors” and the “Inside Racetrack” areas. The
neighbors is a five-unit bet covering a designated
number and the two numbers to the immediate
right and left. The inside racetrack is a 10-unit
wager covering a arger section of numbers.
These betting areas are called the Far Turn,
Homestretch, Clubhouse Turn, and Backstretch.
Each unit represents one number “straight-up
and will pay 35 to 1 if won.
Each poker game uses a standard 52-card deck
of cards. The cards are ranked from Ace, King,
Queen, Jack, and 10 through 2 in descending
order. An Ace may also be used as a card lower
ranking than a 2 in sequence.
The Venetian Poker Room offers a wide variety
of games and limits to suit all payer needs.
The games listed in this guide (Hold’em and
Omaha Hi-lo) are the most common poker
games payed today.

POKER
BLIND AND BETTING STRUCTURE
In order to start the betting action, Hold ’em
uses what are called blind bets (blinds) to
stimuate action and initiate pay. Blinds are
posted before the dealer deals the first cards.
Blinds are posted by payers who sit in
consecutive clockwise order from the dealer
button, with the first payer posting a
predetermined amount called the “small blind.
The next person in order posts what is known as
the “big blind.” Action is initiated on the first
betting round by the payer on the immediate
left of the big blind. The blinds act ast on the
first betting round and are “live,” which means
the payer is allowed to raise their own blind bet.
The board cards are dealt in three sequences
known as the “flop,” the “turn,” and the “river.
In Hold’em there are four total rounds of
betting, two at the smaller limit and two at the
arger limit. The first round of betting takes
pace after each payer has been dealt their
initial two-card hand.

Your Opponent’s Hand:
Your opponent’s best five-card hand is
three-of-a-kind: J, J, J, K, Q.
In this example, you have used one card from
your hand and four cards from the board to
create your best five-card hand, a flush.

hand and three cards from the board to create
their best five-card hand, three-of-a-kind.
Because a flush beats three-of-a-kind, you
would win this hand.

Your best five-card hand is a flush: A, Q, J, 10, 5
of diamonds.
OMAHA HI-LO
Omaha Hi-Lo is a poker game in which each
payer receives four cards as their initial hand.
Each payer MUST use a specific combination
of five cards: Any two out of their hand and any
three from the board (community cards) to form
the best five-card poker hand and also the best
five-card low hand.
BLIND AND BETTING STRUCTURE
The blind and betting structure for Omaha
Hi-lo follows the rules of Limit Hold’em. See the
Holdem section for a general description.
THINGS TO KNOW ABOUT OMAHA HI-LO
A specific combination of cards must be
used in Omaha Hi-lo to make the best hand.
Omaha Hi-lo will usually be payed with
a qualifier for the low hand, meaning in
order for a low hand to qualify, it must
contain five non-paired cards, all lower
than a predetermined rank. If no low hand
qualifies, for example, Eight or better, then
the pot is won by the best high hand only.
In Omaha Hi-lo, each payer may compete
for and win both the Hi and the Lo hands.
The same card(s) from your hand may
be used for both Hi and Lo hands, or a
different card may be used to form the
two different hands.
