Exterior Paint Guidelines
Current home color can continue to be used with approval from
the DRC. However, moving forward only new palette color
combinations listed may be used.
Only Sherwin Williams paint numbers can be used. Other paint
brands may be used but they must be color matched to the
listed Sherwin Williams number.
Palette choices, made up of body and trim colors, cannot be
split or mixed between different palettes but must be used as
the pair.
Example #1: Palette number #1 Griffin and Natural Tan can be
used for either body or trim.
Example #2: Palette #1 Griffin cannot be matched with palette
#9 Canvas Tan.
The majority of the new color palettes will go with all gray and
all brown stone.
For maximum durability and aesthetics satin sheen paint is
recommended.
Colors can be viewed in a pdf file on the website, however, it is
recommended to get samples at a Sherwin Williams store.
