MOLD AND SAFETY DISCLOSURE HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

The undersigned, being any and all persons who enter the property at 6070 Olentangy River

Road, Worthington, OH 43085, hereby covenant and agree to save and hold the Seller, its

agents, servants and employees, harmless from any and all liabilities or costs arising out of any

mold or safety conditions present on the subject property. Entry and inspection of the

interior of these premises is AT YOUR OWN RISK. Seller and Agent are aware of mold and

safety conditions inside the property and suggest proper precautions be taken prior to entry

(face mask, protective clothing, goggles, etc.). There are many types of mold, and inhabitable

properties are not, and cannot be, constructed or modified to exclude all mold. Certain strains

of mold may cause damage to property and may adversely affect the health of susceptible

persons, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin, eye, nose, and throat irritation.
