the card, within two hours of the initial boarding.

Senior/Disabled Reduced Fares

Reduced fares are available to riders at least 65 years of

age, certiﬁed disabled persons and valid Medicare card

holders with proper photo identiﬁcation.

MetroCard reduced fares are available only to holders of

a personalized Reduced-Fare MetroCard.
